Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Social Lyfe (“Social Lyfe,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Social Lyfe.
1. You must be 18 or older
Social Lyfe is an adults-only (18+)service. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you’ll keep it up to date. One account per person and per phone number.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your login secure. Verification (phone, and optionally selfie) helps keep the community real — don’t impersonate anyone or create accounts for others. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. How to behave here
Social Lyfe only works if people are decent to each other. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against anyone.
- Impersonate others, use a fake or misleading profile, or use someone else's photos.
- Post or send anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent.
- Solicit money, run scams, spam, or advertise.
- Share other members' private information, or use the app to stalk or intimidate.
- Scrape, hack, reverse-engineer, or try to break the security of the service.
- Use Social Lyfe for anything other than genuinely meeting people as friends.
We can suspend or remove any account that breaks these rules, at our discretion, to protect the community.
4. Meeting people in real life
Social Lyfe helps you meet new people, but we don’t conduct background checksand we can’t guarantee anyone is who they say they are. You are solely responsible for your interactions. Use common sense: meet in public the first time, tell a friend your plans, and trust your instincts. If someone makes you uncomfortable, block and report them. Social Lyfe is not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or off.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you post. You give us a limited license to host and display that content so the app can work (for example, showing your profile to people you might connect with). Don’t post content you don’t have the right to share. You’re responsible for what you post, and we may remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Safety, blocking, and reporting
You can block anyone, which makes you and them invisible to each other across the app, and you can report anyone from their profile or a chat. Reports are private. We review reports and may warn, suspend, or ban accounts. Blocking and reporting are tools we provide, not a guarantee of any outcome.
7. sl+ subscriptions
sl+ is an optional paid subscription. Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you do through your app store account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and refunds are handled by the app store, not by us.
8. The service is provided “as is”
We work hard to make Social Lyfe useful and safe, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise the app will always be available, error-free, or that it will lead to any particular friendships or outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Lyfe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the actions of other members. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Social Lyfe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or the law, or where necessary to protect members.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Social Lyfe after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
